Enkel, in partnership with AWS, developed an advanced technological solution leveraging generative artificial intelligence (Generative AI) through AWS Bedrock. This technology was fundamental in automating and optimizing the student data collection and analysis process, eliminating the need for manual validation and significantly improving efficiency. The system automatically accesses student profiles registered in the NGO's CRM, analyzes available professional information, and classifies the data according to pre-defined criteria—such as whether the student works in the IT field, if there was a job placement, or a career advancement. With the processed data, the system directly updates the CRM, providing a reliable database ready for generating the reports required by AWS.
Development involved meticulous work in refining Generative AI prompts, adjusting them to handle ambiguous cases, such as vague or irrelevant descriptions in student profiles. Furthermore, the solution was designed to operate scalably and efficiently, processing large volumes of data without overloading the infrastructure.

Results and Benefits

The implementation of the solution brought a complete transformation to Escola da Nuvem's processes. Automation eliminated operational bottlenecks, replacing a manual and error-prone process with a reliable and scalable approach. Additionally, the time required to process data was drastically reduced, allowing the NGO to generate reports within significantly shorter timeframes.
Financially, the execution cost to process the entire base of 6,000 students was just US$13.50, demonstrating excellent cost-effectiveness. The solution also opened new possibilities for the NGO. Inspired by the project's success, Escola da Nuvem began exploring other applications of Generative AI, such as analyzing technical skill categories, seniority levels, and contract types.
