Anti-corruption practices and conflicts of interest
Enkel does not allow the payment and/or receipt of bribes by any of its service providers or agents, under any circumstances. All practices of corruption, in all their forms, through acts, omissions, creation or maintenance of favoritism, are prohibited.
Enkel does not allow any conflict of interest in its relationships with its service providers, clients, business partners, and suppliers. A conflict of interest occurs when the personal interests of a service provider, client, business partner, or supplier interfere with, may interfere with, or appear to interfere with the interests of Enkel. Such a situation may compromise the ability of those involved to make impartial and objective decisions. Examples of conduct that constitute a conflict of interest include: Financial or ownership participation in competing, supplier, or customer companies; Personal or family relationships that may influence business decisions; Acceptance of gifts, favors, or benefits from suppliers, customers, or competitors that may influence business decisions. Situations that may constitute a conflict of interest should be immediately reported to Enkel through the Whistleblowing Channel. Enkel will evaluate each case individually and take appropriate action. to mitigate or eliminate conflict.It is essential that everyone avoids situations that may create the appearance of a conflict of interest, even if there is no real conflict.
Human Rights
Respecting people and the environment is an absolute condition for the individual and professional development of each person. Below are some behaviors that demonstrate respect for people in all environments of interaction with Enkel:
- Treat everyone you interact with with education and dignity. Courtesy in relationships contributes to a more pleasant environment;
